Return Policy:
We operate under a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To qualify for a return, the item must remain in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Upon acceptance of your return, we will furnish you with a return shipping label and provide instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior return requests will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Thoroughly inspect your order upon receipt. Should you find any defects, damages, or if you receive the incorrect item, contact us immediately. This allows us to promptly address the issue and rectify it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:
Certain items are exempt from our return policy like custom products (special orders or personalized items). Additionally, returns are not accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have concerns about a specific item, please contact us for clarification.
Regrettably, we are unable to process returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
For a swift resolution and to secure the item you desire, we recommend returning the original item. Once the return is approved, proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:
If your merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a justification. The item must meet the same conditions as mentioned before.
Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days using your original payment method. Please be aware that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
